Nickname for Al Capone’s Organization.

Originally centered on New California, Al Capone’s Organization expanded to include Arnstadt, Kursk and (later) Kerry, and made an alliance with Kiera’s Valisk. Smaller scale infiltration was attempted with various degrees of success in other planets and asteroids.
Al Capone persued an agenda different from the usual Possessed way — its planets were not taken out of the Universe and coexistence with non-possessed was tolerated.
