The Moon, or Luna, is Earth’s natural satellite. Though uninhabitable, it was successfully colonized by people from Earth (of Adamist persuasion) starting as a mining outpost as early as 2020 (Clavius base) and culminating with independence of the Lunar Republic in 2055.
