Independent habitat

Independent habitats are those not owned by the Edenists. Given the expense and timescale involved in buying (or engineering) and growing a habitat, not to mention the fact that most Adamists disdain of anything bitek in nature it is unsurprising that, as of 2611, only five independent habitats have been grown. The best known of these are Tranquility and Valisk. The independant habitats are the mating bases for blackhawks.
